We want you to love your products! If you’re not satisfied due to the quality of a product, a printing error on our part or damage during shipping, we will do whatever it takes to get replacements into your hands pronto – and, of course, at no cost to you.
When you personalize your greetings using our online editor and proofing system, we still do our best to watch your back and catch mistakes. (Yes, we have humans reviewing all orders during production!) Even if you’re responsible for the error, we’ll work together to find the best solution, and then do our best to fix the problem and get replacements to you as quickly and inexpensively as possible.
