How long does it take to get my order?
Our usual turn around is to ship your personalized order
10 business days from the time we receive it. If you have
urgent circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate you
whenever possible. (Please see note below.) The proof you
receive by fax is very important—we cannot print your
cards until you sign and return it to us. Please allow a little
extra time if you have particularly complex artwork including
screened images and multiple ink colors.
Non personalized cards ship 12 – 48 hours after we receive
your order.
Please note: While our policy is to process your orders in
the order that we receive them, we do have a fond place in
our heart for excellent excuses and will try to help if you
have an emergency! (There may be an additional charge to rush
orders received after Thanksgiving.)

Can I write my own greeting for my cards?
Yes, whether you write your own greeting or choose one of
ours, the price is the same for single color text personalization
(sometimes called imprinting) and does include your company
name.

Does the ink charge include personalization
with my company name?
Yes, our personalization (or imprinting) charges are based
on the number of different ink colors you select to print
the greeting inside your cards. The most economical choice
is to select one of our standard ink colors (black, red, blue
or green) for all of the printing inside your cards.

Can I have my envelopes personalized with
my return address?
Yes, envelope personalization (or imprinting) is $40 per
thousand envelopes per address. We can print multiple return
addresses for you at $40 per thousand each address (minimum
print run charge is $40).

Can I have my logo printed on cards, calendars
& envelopes?
Yes, we have a one-time logo set up fee of $40.00. Printing
charges depend on the complexity and number of colors in your
logo. Please contact our customer service representatives
so that we can provide you with the most economical pricing
options.

Can I use a custom (Pantone® Matching
System or pms) ink color for my greeting or logo?
Yes, each pms color (identified by number) is just $55.00.

Can we have our signatures printed inside
our cards?
Yes, the signature set-up fee is $40.00 regardless of the
number of signatures to be included. If they are printed in
the same color as your greeting and company name, there is
no additional charge. If you wish to have your signatures
printed in a different color(s), just add ink color charges
for each color. Please contact our customer service representatives
to find out more about printing signatures so that we can
help you with the options.
